BIOS Consultants is performing the environmental study for Cielo Mar, and will be presenting to authorities for obtaining permits for the development.

Juan Carlos and his team are using drones to inspect the whole of the land, with special attention being given to each of the areas with specific features (i.e. amenities, commercial centers, industrial zone, residential areas, hotels, condos) described or identified by the plan.

BIOS has considerable experience in all facets of environmental studies & analysis, advising services and representation to authorities for permits and other authorization applications and requests – whether related to aquaculture and marine, or land development activities. The work history and experience of nearly all of BIOS’ past projects are applicable to the Cielo Mar development, as we are located on the coast and are planning a marina and other development which requires consideration of the marine, as well as the land environment.
