Business Update

We have a brief update on the status of our projects:

ProGreen Farms

• an update of photos & videos showing 2018 pre-season work being done at the Arenoso farm has been posted on the agriculture projects page

BIOS Consultants

• added to “Environmental” tab of “Partners & Affiliates” on the Real Estate projects page
• BIOS is very capable and knowledgeable in the field of environmental impact studies

CBRE appraisal

• our press release on March 21 disclosed that CBRE has concluded a market value of $42M for the Cielo Mar land in their draft report
• we’ve commented back with minor corrections, though nothing affecting valuation, and are awaiting the final report which we expect soon

Estrada plan and presentation

• draft & preview versions of the drawings, documents and videos for the Cielo Mar preliminary plan and commercial presentation proved effective in conveying the general plan to CBRE for the appraisal
• the material is looking very good, and nearly complete
