Phase I Execution Plan: Preview
Sample document images were published today on the Master Plan page of the Cielo Mar website, giving a preview of the Phase I Execution plan.
ProGreen issued a press release today, announcing that we expect to break ground on the Cielo Mar infrastructure construction much sooner than previously estimated. We expect to be able to begin construction in Q4 of the 2018 calendar year.
