Public Comment Period for Cielo Mar Has Expired With No Protest
As a part of the review process before approving the change of use of land, the Mexican authorities post a notice in a local news outlet for 30-days to allow for public comment or protest.
The notice regarding Procon’s Cielo Mar application was posted near the end of September in the San Quintin News paper, and on their website. This paper from San Quintin, just north of El Rosario, covers the area surrounding El Rosario and the location of Cielo Mar.
