SAN DIEGO, Calif., Jan. 4, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ProGreen US, Inc. (ProGreen), (OTCQB:PGUS), www.ProGreenUS.com, Twitter @ProGreenUS, www.CieloMarBaja.com.

ProGreen is pleased to confirm that its Mexican subsidiary, Procon, entered into an agreement with ESTRADA, an architectural design and construction company based in Ensenada. The agreement signed this week, is for completion of the preliminary Master Plan of the 5,000-acre Cielo Mar development, to include plan drawings, virtual reality drawings and videos of the project. The Preliminary Plan is expected to be completed in March.

ESTRADA brings an energetic and fast moving group of young architects and engineers to the Cielo Mar project, with many resources and significant experience to draw from.

Procon will have a commercial presentation of Cielo Mar for professional investors/developers, as well as the general public, much sooner than could otherwise be achieved.

ProGreen expects to have a presentation of ESTRADA as a company, together with the principal people and references to earlier projects, etc., on the company website, on Friday.

“I can truly say that this agreement is a big deal. I have never been more excited about Cielo Mar than I am right now, and I do believe we here have a development that will not only have a high profile, but also has the potential to quickly become more successful, when compared to other developments in Baja California,” says Jan Telander, Managing Director for Procon and CEO for ProGreen.

“We are delighted to have been given this opportunity to be involved in the Cielo Mar project,” said Esteban Estrada Aguilar, owner and founder of ESTRADA. “We are eager to get to work on making Jan’s vision of this massive vacation and retirement resort a reality.”
