SAN DIEGO, June 21, 2018 — ProGreen US, Inc. (ProGreen) (OTCQB:PGUS), announced today that it’s subsidiary, Procon Baja JV (Procon), closed on the purchase and took possession of the new 2,500-acre tract of land in Baja California. The total purchase price is $160,000 (USD), with $30,000 paid, and the remaining $130,000 due in 13 monthly interest-free installments of $10,000.

“This purchase, as with our purchase of the Cielo Mar land, was made possible through our strategic relationship with the land owners, whose interest in the land is maintained through Contel’s minority stake in Procon,” explained Jan Telander, CEO of ProGreen. “The purchase would simply not have been possible otherwise.
