We are very pleased to report the following developments regarding the proposed acquisition of the ocean front land in Baja:
- We have extended the proposed land acquisition to now include approximately 4.0 M of ocean front (6,5 KM), compared to earlier announced 2.4 M.
- With our due diligence progressing faster than expected, we feel confident that we will be able to execute a purchase agreement this month, sooner than originally anticipated.
- We are in the process of selecting a suitable US architect with whom to start working on the initial master plan.
With so much happening now in Baja, I think it is safe to say that ProGreen’s news flow will increase considerably going forward, compared to the past year.
